READ MOREThe SPLY Series separator, an oil separator designed to enhance the efficiency and energy savings of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, effectively segregates oil from the refrigerant gas blend. Operating by receiving the compressor's refrigerant-oil mixture at its inlet, this separator employs a filter and baffle arrangement to coalesce oil droplets, allowing them to settle at the separator's base. As the filtered refrigerant gas exits through the outlet, it proceeds to the condenser, now devoid of oil particles.
Meanwhile, the accumulated oil at the separator's bottom triggers a floating ball-operated needle valve, facilitating the oil's swift return to the compressor due to the separator's higher pressure relative to the crankcase. This automatic process halts when the oil level diminishes, ensuring no refrigerant gas mistakenly flows back into the compressor.
Ideal for extensive refrigeration applications such as supermarket compressor arrays, air conditioning systems with lengthy refrigerant lines, those encountering internal oil return challenges, ultra-low or high-temperature systems, and those utilizing HCFC, HFC, and compatible lubricants, the SPLY Series separator boasts several notable features:
A hermetically sealed construction integrated with a steel oil-return system, compatible with 1/4" or 3/8" SAE connections.
A reliable shut-off mechanism powered by a floating valve.
Durable solid copper connections.
An anti-corrosive design that prevents spurting.
Compatibility with a wide range of refrigerants, including R-12, R-134a, R-22, R-404a, R-407c, R-410a, R-500, R-502, and R-507.
An operating pressure of 3.5Mpa/500Psig, accompanied by UL and CE certifications for safety and quality assurance.
